How many controller can this receiver connect to at a time?
- One controller at a time. If you wish to use 2 controllers at a time, you would need to use 2 receivers.

What systems does this receiver work with?
- It works with original Sega Genesis, Mega Drive1&2, Analogue Mega Sg and Windows 10.

Can I use it on a device which is not mentioned above but uses the same controller port?
- This can not be guaranteed as different systems and devices use different wattage.

What controllers is this receiver compatible with?
- It works with Xbox One S/X Bluetooth controllers, Xbox Elite 2 controller, DS4, DS3, Switch Pro, JoyCons (including NES and FC versions), Wii U Pro, Wii remote, as well as all 8BitDo Bluetooth Classic controllers.
- *Models which are not mentioned above are not compatible with this receiver.

What is the Bluetooth range?
- 10 meters. This receiver functions the best within the range of 5 meters.
